A 20% service charge will be added to all base rates.
Tolls and Airport fees will be added to your bill.
Local stops enroute are billed at $6.00 per stop.
Additional stops that are not enroute or in other towns are billed at $25.00 per stop
We offer a thirty (30) minute wait period after the reported domestic flight arrival time and forty-five (45) minute wait period for international flights at no charge. Non-airport puckups will have a 5 minute wait period. Once the wait period is over, there is a charge of $6.00 per 5 minute increments.
There is a $10.00 surcharge for service schedules between midnight and 4 AM.
There is a $25 surcharge for a SUV.
There is a $25 surcharge for service scheduled Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve (after 5 PM) and New Year's Eve.
A no show fee will equal the proposed trip cost plus all fees.
A cancellation fee will equal the proposed trip cost plus all fees for any cancellation made less then two (2) hours before the scheduled puck-up time for sedan or SUV service in Massachusetts. Any cancellation made less then three (3) hours before the scheduled puck-up time for sedan or SUV service outside of Massachusetts will also be charged the proposed trip cost plus all fees. A cancellation fee will equal the proposed trip cost plus all fees for an cancellation made less then seventy two (72) houes before the scheduled pick-up time for limousine or passenger van service.
